Creating a divine relationship with your emotions through un numbing the body will be able to support creating healthy boundaries, emotional stability & discerning your needs.

For trauma, pain, toxins, & dis-ease to fully move through our temple, tending to the physical body will be a necessary step into the bliss body.
This can include support from Somatic Massaging, Earthing, Personalized Nutrition Charts, Herbal Remedies, Somatic Meditations, & Self Care
